Doylestown's Nejad Rugs has survived for two decades by diversifying its product line and finding new ways to sell.
Ali Nejad started out as a simple rug retailer, but over 22 years has developed his Doylestown-based business into much more.
His walk-in retail business is good -- Nejad's prime location at State and Main
streets helps that -- but to sustain the business, he says,
"you have to find other distribution channels."
So Nejad and his wife, Theresa, have expanded into wholesale,
