- Stain Removal Procedure
-
Identify the stain and locate it on the stain removal chart (above)
- Remove excess material
- Apply remover with a clean cloth (carefully)
- Blot stained areas with a tissue or clean or dry cloth
- Apply remover as listed. Repeat step no. 2 and no. 3 for each one
- Dry carpet and brush pile to restore texture
- If stain persists - repeat entire procedure

Remember these four rules when removing stains:
- ACT FAST! Dont't let a stain set!
- Start from the outside, working towards the center of the stain
- Always use a blotting action (Rubbing causes pile discoloration)
- Don't Over-saturate (Water can rot rug's cotton warp threads)
